Reporting a download problem

Include these details so we can reproduce the problem:

1. The full Apple Music link you pasted, including its country code.
2. The song title and artist, and the message shown on its result row.
3. Your browser and device, and what happened when you tried again.

For a wrong match, tell us which version you expected and what you received. For an incomplete playlist, tell us the number of tracks shown here and the number shown on its public Apple Music page. Public pages do not always expose every song, and not every recording has an available match.

Gift keys and supporter access

You can recover a key using the email option on the supporter page. If you still need help, write from your purchase email and include the transaction reference. Never send a card number, payment password or Apple account password.

Privacy and rights requests

The privacy policy lists what is collected, how long it is kept and what a data request can cover. Copyright notices should include the details in the copyright policy. The takedown policy explains review, cache removal and appeals. All of these requests use the same inbox.
